Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Movie Review

There is a place to magic in life. This is the opinion of creators of a new animation hit “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”. And it doesn’t matter that this magic is drawn by professional animators. Its purpose is to make food from precipitation. It is more likely to be called science fiction. But the main magic is concluded not in the plot but in the feeling that arises during watching. It is the magic. It is probably called magic of cinema.
Many people remember how parents or other adults told us (when we were children) that it is prohibited to play with food and that it is not cultural. It seems that in the movie “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” this truth is forgotten and people that are full up start to create fun connected with food. Undoubtedly it adds drive and childish mischief during the watching. Young hooligans will be extremely happy while watching this movie online.
A brief review of the plot. Animated cartoon is shot on a base of a cult book in the USA which is devoted to a family Barret, Judy and Ron. A bad inventor Flint suffers from the childhood from an incurable disease. He creates genuine, unusual but useless devices. Moreover, his practical experiments often ends with small tragedies for his native town. But in spite of all his failures, Flint is a good and kind guy who wants to help people. One of his experiments leads to the fact that that meatballs start falling from the sky in a form of all possible delicacies: burgers, fried eggs with bacon, pancakes, pies, stakes. The list is so vast that every public catering will be jealous if it can.
A real mess begins in the town. And if to rephrase a well-known saying, we can get “It will be raining and we will get food”. This interpretation suits to the cartoon perfectly. But this rain is also harmful. Food doesn’t spare shops, cars and even schools.
Animation in this cartoon is unique. At first it looks like the animation of DreamWorks and Sony Pictures, but in fact it is more colorful and brighter. And the cartoon “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs” has also a format of 3D.
To top my speech off, I want to tell that this cartoon has exceeded all my expectations. There is humor, naive and not, childish and not, and romance. It is full of all delights of modern cookery.
